By creating an account or using Popkorner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Popkorner is a movie discovery app that lets you rate movies with emotion-based reactions ("Vibe Checks"), maintain a watchlist, and write short reviews. Movie data is provided by TMDB.
You retain ownership of the reviews and content you create. By posting content on Popkorner, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the app and in shareable review cards you generate.

The Popkorner name, logo, and app design are our property. Movie data, posters, and metadata are provided by TMDB and are subject to TMDB's Terms of Use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or its content without permission.
Popkorner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. Movie data is sourced from TMDB and may not always be accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popkorner and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Effective date" above when terms change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which we operate.
